What personal information do we collect?

When you purchase an item from Brandinity, you will need to enter details such as your name, phone number, billing and shipping address as well as your e-mail address. We also receive your IP address and the type of device you used to make your order eg tablet or desktop. Your IP address, the country you're browsing within and referring domain are also collected at the time of browsing for comparative purposes so that we can understand what medium is typically used and which demographics tend to browse / purchase from Brandinity.

Payment is made via Paypal or WorldPay and therefore we don't have any access to payment details whatsoever.

How will we use your personal information?

Brandinity use this information to process your order and manage your account. If you have elected to receive correspondence from us, such as newsletters, we will be using your e-mail address to relay the communication from ourselves to you.

We will never pass on any of your information to any other company for marketing purposes.

  • Fulfillment Companies: To be able to deliver the order to you. We currently use The Royal Mail
